JOURNAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

*STOP* It’s normal to experience some symptoms as you challenge FODMAP foods.

Submit your journal to a Clairity Coach to review if you are struggling with ongoing digestive symptoms and need some help figuring out what your triggers are. They will be happy to help you problem solve.

In the box below, include:

  • Your medical diagnosis or main concern when joining Clairity
  • Current ongoing symptoms you need help with
  • Triggers you’ve already identified



Once you move onto Phase 3, use the Phase 3 Journal.
